Our Tasmanian NEAThouse range is designed to be versatile, made from easily accessed and local materials, energy efficient and also beautiful to look at. Designed to maximise passive solar design, NEAThouses sited with optimal orientation can achieve between a 7-9star energy rating depending on the site.
From a purely functional point of view, each NEAThouse has almost limitless possibilities for future expansion and/or modifications. The idea is simple sophistication, both inside and out. Choose from our designs below to suit the way you want to live.
